Start Spreading the Word...

NEW YORK (Oct. 14, 2009) - Later this week we will announce a major milestone in our company's 51-year history. Carter is opening an office in New York.

We've hired a 15-year industry veteran with extensive relationships and ties to the capital markets that are so important to commercial real estate. Carter has subleased space at Rockefeller Center - 1230 Avenue of the Americas, and the office is open and running.

This development continues a string of big news for us. This summer, National Real Estate Investor ranked Carter as the No. 6 Top Office Developer in the country. We also formed alliances with T5 Partners and Align Healthcare to expand our service offerings.

The New York office and its leader will enable Carter to fortify efforts to build on relationships and create new ones. It will allow us to source deals for The Carter Fund and new opportunities for clients.
